Hi, I'm Claire, founder of Healing Heart Space. 

I help women unlock and develop their natural healing abilities, so they can create lasting, positive change for themselves, and their loved ones. 

I do this by teaching the Touch for Health Kinesiology system - a gentle yet powerful way of working with the body’s own feedback. Every muscle test tells part of your emotional and physical story, revealing where stress, imbalance, or past experiences are stored. By listening to what the body is saying, we uncover exactly what it needs to release tension, revitalise your energy and restore your happiness and ease. 

With nearly 30 years of experience in kinesiology, I’ve had the privilege of working with incredible women - from mothers and carers to nurses, healers, therapists, and intuitives - all seeking powerful, practical ways to feel better fast, and create long-term recovery. 

Together, we’ve created lasting, life-changing transformations. This work goes far beyond surface-level fixes, getting to the root cause of emotional and physical imbalances and uncovering what the body truly needs. 

I’m a qualified and registered ‘Touch for Health’ Instructor with the International Kinesiology College, and a Kinesiology Practitioner for almost three decades. My background also includes studies in herbal therapy and naturopathy, which complement my holistic approach.
